It takes two clicks to start monitoring pages on websites and you can either be done with it then, or customize the monitoring further. Page Monitor leaves little to be desired. The second option that you have is to select specific parts of a page that you want to monitor. You can set it to anything in between and configure intervals individually for each page that you are monitoring. The icon will change its color if your public IP is different from the one you set in the options and you will hear a short notification sound (muteable). You set an address to check for, and the icon will be green if it matches. The fastest interval is 5 seconds, the slowest 2 days and 7 hours. This extension helps you to get informed about changes to your public IP address. One of the better options here is the ability to change the checking interval. You can right-click the icon and select options to open advanced features to customize the monitoring. You can hide deletions if you want, switch to text only mode, or open the original page on the Internet.Įverything discussed in the review up until now runs fully automated.
